Brock's 5 Birthday party

I am late but Brock turned 5 August 7! Can you believe it? Here are some pictures of his family party. I will have picture of his birthday party coming soon. Happy birthday buddy! I love you!

So last weekend we went to the cabin with 0ur good friends the Rice's and the Welly's. It was rainy and the perfect temp.! Here are some pictures.

This is Brock and Ava out by the firepit. The minute we showed up Brock and Ava were off playing together. It was soo cute! They would play house, and we soon realized that they watch us to closely! But it was cute.

Us girls took the babies to wal-mart to get dinner. It was fun, we all have babies that are about 2 months apart. Mckya, Miley, and Raelynn. We got lots of looks and compliments at wal-mart! It was fun.

The babies again. We bought matching outfits for them. I have better pictures of the them but the computer was acting up. Any way Thanks Jenni and Chris we love spending time at the cabin!

1st Day of Kindergarten!!

August 6th, 2009 was Brock's first day of KINDERGARTEN!!!!! Then on the 7th he turned 5 years old! Can you believe it? My little man is growing up! Brock is in the advanced Kindergarten class. We are so proud of him. And he loves SCHOOL. There are around 9-10 kids in his class. He loves waking up and packing a lunch everyday. I can not believe my oldest is in school already!

Suction Cup Thearpy

Derick is in massage school and last week they learned how to do suction cups. Suction cups help clear your body of toxins. It does not hurt I have had it done. A lot of stars have it done. You do feel very good afterwards. I bought him a set for Father's Day (he does not read my blog so he will still be surprised!) So if any of you would like to try it on yourself please give us a call. Derick owns his own massage table, sheets, hot stone set and now suction cups!! He is VERY WILLING to give massage's and very good at it.

The Sleep Monster hits again!

Brock was put into time out for pulling hair. Derick went to check on him because he was quite 2 min after putting him in time out and found him alseep!!! The picture is blurry because it is from Derick's phone. Sleep it is such a good blessing for our family!

Crawdad fun!

On Saturday June 6, we went to the Crawdad fair in Camp Verde. To be honset it was a disappoinment. It cost $10 to get in. Then they wanted $15 for the dinner a person!!! We went let the kids ride the train (which was $8) then left. Later that night we went bowling with Jenni and Chris, Jayme and Aaron. We took the kids so it was lots of fun to watch the kids bowl!

Derick

Derick is the dad... (ha ha) anyway he is a plumber who owns Perfix plumbing with my dad. He is now in Massage School. So you know who to call when you need a massage! He works hard and is good at what he does. He also loves to play any kind of sport. He is really good at golf (he pratices putting in our living room all the time!) Derick is also a hunter so lucky for us he provides some of the decorations in our house (yes we are rednecks!) but it does come in handy when we are trying to save money on food! He is also a WONDERFUL dad. If you have a question about a song ex. who sings it, what is the title he is the man to ask. Our house is NEVER quiet.

Brock

Brock....... well he is 4 years old going on 16. He is in Karate class and has to practice ALL the time. Some of his favorite things are flashlights, bubbles, ballons, and tools. You give him one of these things and he is happy for hours! Brock is the best brother any mom could ask for. He looks over Kayda and Mckya like a hawk! He plays so well with them and if he is away for awhile he will call, yes call to check up on them. He does his best to help change and feed them. He is our little mother hen.

Dakota

We are blessed because we have an Angel watching over us. Her name is Dakota Ann. Dakota would be two this year. She died at 32 hrs 21 mins. old. She was truly perfect. Dakota had trisomy 18. With this she was not to be born. But she was able to be carried full term and was here with us for 2 days. These were the best 2 days of our lives. Brock was young only 20 months but he remembers her. He will still talk about her. And it always seems to be at the right time. We love and miss her greatly.

Kayda

On to the princess. Kayda Mae. She has become the princess of the house. She is 23 months and has learned how to work everyone even the dogs to get what she wants. She has potty trained herself. Her big brother is the one that does most of the work. He just can't say no to her. For our dogs... they are so good with her.... she has somehow got them to let her pull herself up on them and they will walk around with her riding them. She never sits still. But we love every little bit of her.She loves her new sister and is willing to help whenever she can!

After finding out that Kyson is now Mckya Brock" AHH! Not another girl power. Dose this mean I have to start wearing dresses?"
Brock saying dinner pray..."and bless we will listen to lies and not tell lies, Bless our food that it may punish us and make us strong..." Derick and I had to open our eyes and look at each other to stop from laughing. When he said "punish us" he ment replinsh us.
We went to a high school football game and there was face painting going on this is Brock "Mommy I so need my pace fainted please!!! Ava will like it" (Ava is Chris and Jenni's little girl)
Brock is always telling Babe (our dog) how to take care of her puppies. And telling us how to hold them.
"Mom I am the best puppy babysitter in the world uh?!"
"Mommy when you turn my age you can jump as big as me!"
"Aunt Shanny will you buy Kayda from me for 20 bucks so I can get my brake bike?"
Brock was getting his hair cut by anut Shanny...." Mom when you cut my hair it is not good looking but aunt Shanny does a fantasic job!"
" Mommy uncle Robert needs to drive the trailer because he is a good driver and you are a crazy driver. I think it will be better if Robert drives us!"
So Derick "grounded" Brock today because he had a bad attitude before church. It was so cute because Brock thought he had to sit on the ground all day!
" Look in my belly button and see if I have any room for food." This is his way of telling us he is done eating. If we are lucky we can tell him he has room by pointing to an "open" spot!
"Mom the tree pooped in my hair!" Brock had gotten sap all over his hair it took 2 hrs to get it all out!
So we are watching the show "How it is made" and they were making female dummies as they showed the final one Brock looks at Derick and ask " Are they making mommies?"
"Mommy.... (Brock while holding Kayda)... Can we keep Kayda? Jesus already has Dakota and I want Kayda."
Brock has a star chart to help him be a "good boy" Derick was teasing Me( Jessica) and Brock says " Derick Ryan do I need to take away one of your stars?"
"MOM!!! The muscles in my belly are talking!" Brock's tummy was growling.
Brock to Derick "If you were a little kid you would just trust me and obey me."
